Privacy policy

This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP/revDSG) and the principles of the EU GDPR. We collect as little data as possible.

Controller

Martin Uetz, Switzerland (operator of mutz.dev). For any privacy request, use the contact details on mutz.dev.

Data: your email address, the timestamp and the fact that you gave consent.
Purpose: sending the Robotaxi Tracker Europe digest only. We never sell or share it.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time on the unsubscribe page.
Storage: a private, access-controlled Vercel Blob store (Vercel Inc., USA; covered by the Swiss-US / EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). Kept until you unsubscribe.

Pro purchases

Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.) processes payments. We never see your card details. We store your email, plan, status and expiry date to grant access, and keep this for as long as access lasts plus any period required by accounting law. Access is remembered with a signed, httpOnly cookie that holds your email and an expiry date.

Hosting and analytics

The site is hosted on Vercel. Server logs (IP address, user agent) are processed briefly for security. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregated. The map tiles come from CARTO / OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address when you load the map.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you can object to processing. You may also complain to the Swiss FDPIC (edoeb.admin.ch) or to your EU supervisory authority.
